Check your inbox for a very small Echo service manual and a small Clymer service manual.

Thank you for your help and the Clymer manual had what I was looking for with the chain brake system. Now I need to figure out how it all goes together as the saw I bought used had the entire chain break system removed. I had to buy all the parts to put it back together and not real sure about how the different pins and spacers go into it.
