Mighty Mite 400 - service manual

looking for service manual for a mighty might 400.

I think this thing will run but the key piece between the fan wheel and the crank shaft is destroyed/missing and it looks like its been just tightened and used without this chuck key. Any thoughts? has anyone seen this happen?

That was my first thought and that's the first thing I checked--but there is no new notifications. I have older Notifications so I assume everything is still ok?
Perhaps something didn't work right and the sender will try again---THANKS---
