Got this saw back from Dan Henry on Thursday and just now got to put it in some wood. I had about a cords worth of hickory and white oak logs, 10-16" diameter, that were cut back in the summer. These logs were hard, especially the hickory. The PP346 made short work of them, buzzing thru like a little tazmanian devil. I could even lean on it a little. I have had this saw since Oct/Nov and had run 15 tanks or so thru before I sent it to Dan. Believe me, its not the same saw I sent off. Dan got my saw, I believe last Thursday and worked on it till about 2:00 am, he said, then got back up the next morning and finished it. He kept it thru the weekend and ran a few tanks thru. Myrb (creep) came over, and I understand they shamed a few PP'd Stihls (026 and 028) with it. Anyway, first impression of the saw is very good. Dan seems to be a good guy and was very prompt about his work and correspondense.
