Is that better? She has some lean but its user- friendly. She is going to be a gentle thing.

She cracks the ground below with 40 mph wind. When it blow towards my shed it opens. All the weight is headed towards my neighbor. There is a real good root hold it up from falling on his side but he parks right under it and the walnuts right above grade is not going to be good soil after to long so I think it should go. With a better site I would try to amend the soil to help it stay rooted and pole clip the heavy side.

is that your daughter swinging? how high is she in those pics? looks to be about 15 to 20 feet up.
 
Sorry Dan didn't see this until just now. Yes I should be able to climb that tree. At least it's alive which will be an upgrade for me.

It must be fun being the daughter of an arborist!
