hi tom ,could be more specific, teaching in field and having an accident or different thanks
 
I agree with rebelman, Let'em do some some groundwork. They can learn alot from the ground, rigging, roping, knots, running saws, and watching the climber. And all the other fun stuff like loading wood & chipping brush, etc.
