Think carefully about the liability that you assume when you start teaching. The potential for a lawsuit because of any number of reasons is huge. Are you covered?
I agree with rebelman, Let'em do some some groundwork. They can learn alot from the ground, rigging, roping, knots, running saws, and watching the climber. And all the other fun stuff like loading wood & chipping brush, etc.
