That muffler looks tough as ****. Looks real slick on that saw too. Nice fabrication skills you have there. Looks like you used some fairly heavy gauge stainless. I'm wondering how it sounds?

Very nice SS muffler build.

Any problems with it moving all over the place when you put it together?

Stainless warps like a mofo for me.

The stainless I used was .058 thick. It was scraps out of the metal bin at work. The welder I use is a Miller Maxstar 150 STL. We have four of them at work. We do a lot of stainless fabrication work here, I am a maintenance lead at a food plant. It welded up pretty good without much movement. The front cover was the worst around the exit. It sounds pretty mean, it has a slight ring to it like a little dirt bike. I don't know how to get a video uploaded I will try to figure it out and post one.
