I think thats a altered version of the Willock the top cut is much bigger than the original.. but never the less definetly a Willock notch for sure..

its a very complex notch that should only be used by experianced individuals no really i only had 20' of trunk left and wanted the tree to tip easier and stay conected to the stump.
