They're Makin Me Hungry

As I was driving out of the woodlot, I came across this group of wild turkeys. Their prolly havin a meeting to discuss how to survive the Thanksgiving holiday.

I saw a flock of like 60 of thoes suckers 2 weeks ago in Troy, they probably figure that they are safe there cause everyone is focused on the steelheads...

They're like rats in WI, everywhere. For some reason though the DNR feels necessary not to open the hunting season to everyone. You have to apply for the permit and they do a lottery. My uncle owns 300 acres or so and he applys every year and the last 3 or 4 hes been skunked. There's a lot of turkeys out there...almost as many as the deer.


Man, I'm gettin kinda hungry myself now.

We have oodles of those things these days. The turkey population in my area has grown substantially in the past few years.

ive seen a couple while hunting last week, alas georgia doesnt believe in a fall season.
