Sorry, if this has been posted before. I had not seen it.
Very entertaining video showing fabrication of a monster log splitter. That's quite the operation they have going there. :msp_blink:
Lot's of big toys to play with.
I wonder what they are heating that requires such a big operation. The boiler isn't so big.
Anyway, its a fun video to watch.
 
I have seen the video and while the splitter is cool I have no idea why with all that eqipment running around, they are still wrestling chunks by hand, to me its just way to much human labor for all the iron that is present. But thats just me.
 
I agree woodman. Looked like they build the splitter then continued to noodle big rounds down to smaller size.
I still think its a cool video though.
