Throttle cable install Stihl MS241-c?

I picked up a Stihl MS241-c but the throttle cable is disconnected (the previous owner had replaced the fuel tank). I can't figure out how this attaches to the carb, can anyone show me? It's a walbro WTF311 carb.

You don’t attach it, see that black post on the carb? Make sure the throttle rod is underneath it when carb is installed, then make sure the throttle rod is connected to the trigger and there is a small notch in the handle that the throttle rod sits in, when the trigger is pulled the throttle rod moves up and actuates the black throttle post on the carburetor.
