He may have grabbed the high energy wire with one hand, covered with sweat the power traveled on the out side causing burns. Grab with both hands and the power travels on the outside but enough leaks through to stop his heart. Next he is saved by the street light being wired to ground. High on PCP he probably didn't notice the flash or feel the wire whipping. Bad burns, a trip to the hospital then to jail. Saw a guy here high on PCP trying to punch a cop, he didn't notice both his arms were broken when the car impacted a bridge, not wearing a seatbelt, he just wanted to get away from the cops. Lucky for the public he spent a few years behind bars, driving under the influence, stolen viehicle and attempted to beat up a police officer.
