Track tension slacking

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this kind of question, but has anybody here worked on a D6C cat before? I have a track tensioner seal that is still squeezing grease out of it even though I have replaced the seals and cylinder. Maybe I got some dirt between the seals?? Any answers would be great....
