I am wondering how hard it would be to modify a car dolly or a trencher trailer for use with my Super Jr., does anybody have any good pics of a Rayco trailer, I am curious about the suspension and some other parts.

I want to get away from straps and build a docking station for it but need to see some good examples.

Here's the Rayco trailer. Nothing special about the suspension. It didn't have any.

Here is were it attached to the Rayco:

I had a hitch receiver mounted on the back of my 5x12 utility trailer and then hooked the Rayco up like this:

No suspension ehh. That may be one difference between it and a trailer, I think they look at those like a dolly or part of the equipment?

I like your hitch idea, if I used a double axle trailer I would be required to run trailer brakes and they would need to have all of the break away electrics to pass DOT since I use a commercial truck. If I get that basic rayco dolly trailer I would save money in many ways over using my landscape trailer.

I may look at older trencher trailers and modify.

Anybody got a pic of the underside?

Some states require trailer brakes for as little as 1,500 lbs which, with the Rayco and trailer, you would be pushing.

I would never get a tandem axle trailer without brakes.

I also hated that small Rayco trailer. It would bounce you to death.
