My machine will run, but not go. Its like it is stuck in neutral. The company is out of business, machine is probably 24 years old. Any Ideas?

Sundstrand hydrostatic pump
I've had a bit of experience with hydrostatics. First be sure the pump is actually rotating thru the drive Second check the fluid level and filter. (Spin it off, and check for metal debris in it). Third check the shift cable for loose connection/shift capability.
