Tree ID help please

Can you please help me ID this tree? It is located in Florida. Thank you

Gonna say Chinese elm (Ulmus parvifolia), but have never seen one with bark quite like that.

I'd with U. parvifolia. Also called Lacebark elm.

But what in the world is going on with those stakes and zip ties? That all needs removed ASAP. If you can move the rootball, there are better staking systems to use! How long has that tree been in the ground?
