Looks like a plum

Money tree. Watersprout like crazy if you look at them wrong, so they need frequent pruning. Insect issues, so they need spraying (usually soap). They do get leaf disease, but nothing registered to treat it.

Usually planted in crappy boulevard soil, so fertilization is beneficial.

Four trips a year, every year. Yup, money tree.

That first one is a Mulberry, if you get it the right time of year eat some berries before you rip it out. They're good.
