Hey guys and gals. I need a little help IDing some wood. I live in NE Florida.

The wood has a pretty strong sweet acidic smell. Stronger than typical oak and more acidic...almost lemony.

The leaves are relatively soft with 7 to ten small teeth on each side. The buds in the pics look like they open up to tiny fluffy white flowers. The leaves also have varying degrees of tooth pronouncation with some appearing smooth. They also alternate down the stem.

Need to know if I want to save this wood for my good firewood rack, or put it in my chiminea pile.

Looks like some type of holly. Never burned any but assume it would burn fine when dry
