Tree Management Software

I have a client cemetery that wants to inventory their trees with a software program. Anyone have any advice, do's or dont's, to help me out?

I've recently been looking into software solutions. seems the most favorable 2 are 'arborgold' and 'arborsoftworx' both seem pricey, but may be worth the investment. I think they both can log and track inventories, but arborsoftworx clearly states that as a function. I think I like the integration of mobile estimator / mobile crew that arborgold provides.
