I'll do my best, may be a few weeks. I have a half roll of film in my cheapo camera, I'll take a pic tomorrow. I usually just get my pics developed and put on disc from Walgreens so I can upload them.
I'll see if I can finish up the roll this week or next.

Remind me in a week or two if i forget ;)

Probably not Its been Raining there so he hasnt had the opportunity to Photograph any Bathing beautys from His perch in the tree lately :D

Here ya go, Rich. This is how I've hung my saw on my belt for as long as I've been climbing.

I recently bought some pretty new clips on webbed straps from Vermeer for $3.15 each, so I upgraded to this.

Yes, my belt is getting a little frayed around the edges. I just bought a new one 2 days ago, about 10 days after this pic was taken.

The Black Diamond Ice Clipper is a nice choice:

At $4.95 you can't squack about the price.

There are a couple of European companies that make metal spring hooks that fasten to the saddle. I've looked in my bookmarks but I can't find the link to the vendor. The advantage is that the hook is always held perdendicular to the belt and the climber doesn't have to fish for a floppy biner on a strap. With mine, I can set my chain saw onto the hook even if I can't see the hook. The hook is in the same place every time.

Tom,
I envisage UV rays cracking that plastic and causing it to fail.

I have an accesory biner jammed into my saddle sinch strap. Just clip it right on. For a lanyard I use one of those comecialy sewn 2 ring things. So my setup costs around 10 bucks total. I don't have to look for it too often.

Sometimes it does roll up, but very seldom.

We've got the vulture always watching, huh? :D Where do you see any rubber on that thing?

Actually, I never had a catalog in front of me when coming up with my current method. Pure necessity and willingness to use the resources at hand. When the clip tab broke off my first climbing belt, I still needed to get up and around without losing my saw. So I used what I had available in my toolbox, a dogleash clip and some starter rope.
It worked so well that I now grind off the clips on the hooks before using a new belt.

Thanks Nick, I guess I was thinking about JP dipping it and whipping it. :D
I`ll change it to plastic.
