i know it is running rich i got the high side tuned right i think but it wont idle low enough to disengage the clutch.

any tricks or tech to help this.?

Adjust the L screw slightly richer. My old PM610 had that same problem, till I got my saw tuning kit out and played with it some.

Initial carb adjustment - low and high speed mixture needles is one turn open from a lightly seated position.Make final adjustments with engine warmed up. Be sure the air filter is clean before making the final adjustments.
Adjust idle speed screw so engine idles just below clutch engagement(chain not moving). Adjust the low speed needle so engine will accelerate cleanly without hesitation.
Adjust the high speed needle to get best performance under cutting load.Saw shouldn't be operated with high speed needle set less than one full turn out, as engine could
be damaged.Recommended fuel:eek:il ratio is 40:1. Spark plug -Champion RDJ6 gap is 0.025".
If carb is set correctly and chain still moves when saw is idling, then check the clutch for broken parts or possibly a wood chip or something wedged in the clutch .
