I know of three - Echo 610evl, Solo 611 twin, and Mac BP-1. Are there any others out there that I am missing?

Gr8mac- Besides those you mentioned and the great big two-man saws of the past, I think either Mall or Titan made a smaller two-cylinder saw that was designed to be run by either one or two men, is had the articulating transmission like the older two-man saws.

I believe there are a few more. The large Mercury/Diiston was a twin. I know there was a large Craftsman/Homelite that may have been a twin. I would imagine Mac had a big two man that could have been a twin. As for those ever popular Mall two mans I believe they were single lung. Of course Mike's site would be the place to look for the definitive answer.

2 man Titan

My father, V6Bill has an old twin cylinder, two man Titan in his garage. One man runs the end with the powerhead, and the other hangs on to the stinger at the end of the bar. Pictures to follow.... Bill Jr

McCulloch BP-1 is a single firing cylinder saw and cannot really be classed as a twin.
The other twins are Disston with engine build by Mercury G-10, G-AY, KB series and DA-211, The first Reed Prentice saw was a twin cylinder 4-cycle engine, the 25, and
Titan models up to Bluestreak, IEL Twin and Super Twin models, and the saw that started it all as far as twins go the Stihl B2Z. There was also a Spear & Jackson twin but I do not have any info posted in my web site. It was mid to late 1940's vintage.

the john deere 66sv was a horizontal stroke saw with opposed cylinders. one was in front of the crank towards the bar and chain and the other was behind the crank. it was only 3.7 CID.

Titan powerhead photos

Well, I finally got to get a picture of the powerhead of the Titan saw from V6Bill's garage, the "transmission" is laying in there somewhere.
