A client of mine has a hemlock hedge with some strange branches. The trees are perfectly healthy looking, with flush new growth, etc. However, some of the branches have twisted, so the underside of the needles are showing. It has rained a lot around here - could this have something to do with it? No scale, no adelgid, no other visible problems...Anybody?
