I got home and told my wife of my abs being sore from my attempt at footlocking which is made to look easy by tree junkie and redbull. Her response.... Abs of steel sounds good to her. Guess the belly will have to go.

You remember what the lady in the grocery store said about sodium. Cutting back is how she lost 180 pounds. Or maybe it was that she just backed away from the table.

In Kindergarden we had these tables shaped like a horse shoe so the teacher could set inside of it and we sat around the outside. I bet she had one of those.
