Unexpected Hurricane Discount from Vendor up North

My neighbor came by and cut and moved a tree out of my driveway, and I posted here about it. I have another item in the same vein.

I don't know if I'm allowed to name vendors here, so I won't mention a name until I hear it's okay.

I was thinking about getting a CS-4910 or a CS-501P, and I went to a site and put a CS-501P in my cart and forgot about it. Today, I got an email from the vendor saying that because I was in Florida, they were offering me $90 off.

That was really nice. They can sell all the saws they want right now without discounting anything.

Saw Suppliers sent the saw, two bottles of Red Armor, a proper full-chisel chain, and a semi-chisel on the house for dirty wood, etc.

I think you have to be stupid to buy a saw from anyone else.

That was a joke.
