Unknown Jonsered saw

Can any of you folks help me identify this Jonsered saw? I am scheduled to take a look at it this afternoon locally to me. Any idea on model or vintage?

Serial number is 1537348

That's an MK 70 cut off saw. Mid to late 70's. Early version with plastic fan and SEM module under the flywheel and spark coil in the recoil cover.

What are your thoughts on that saw? I am not familiar with Jonsered at all however I am always on the hunt for a good deal. Asking price is 50 bux. Stated to run well.

Well for starters it's not a Jonsered it's a Jonsereds. They are great saws but parts are near impossible to come by. They been out of production for nearly 30 years. On the other hand if you have a use for it and it does run $50 is a good deal

Thanks for the guidance. I swung over there and picked it up. The guy just wanted it gone out of the garage. $20 is all it took. I figured for the small price, it would be a fun project to putz around with.
