Vermeer 625 Blade Bolts Stuck

I've got a Vermeer 625 Chipper and I was going to take the blades into the shop for sharpening, but I can't get the alan head bolts that hold the blades to the big flywheen loose, they are really tight and maybe a little rusted? Anyone have tricks to get these suckers free?

Impact socket with lube sprayed on first and allowed to soak. Or you could heat em.
