vermeer bc1800 roller wheel teeth

the to vertical wheels that feed to the blades are missing the welded teeth. i have to newones to weld on the rollers. i havent really looked close. is it really hard to take those rollers out. anyone done a jobb like this??

A big PITA you have to remove lots of parts and some of them need to b removed from the under side of the chipper. Just un hook you battery and weld your new parts on.

damn i have already taken a lot of #### off, broken some bolts and still dont have it apart. have you taken rollers out before?

Yes it's a PITA
The bolts on the bottom came loose
