I've got a 1997 Vermeer 1250 with the Industrial Ford 300ci 6Cyl inline engine. When i pull the throttle knob and set it wants to run wide open seconds later. I've checked the governor and carb and linkages and all looks intact. I'm gonna get a schematic at the dealer and compare to the real thing to see if i've got everything connected. I thought it may be a vacuum issue, but all lines are in good shape and the machine will idle normal for weeks! If anyone has or has had any experience, i'd appreciate your opinions on this issue. I'd like to get another year outta the machine if possible before i order my new morbark. Many thanks
