VIN location on old Wayne chipper

Trying to identify exactly what model chipper I have I haven't the slightest idea it only has a few hours on it but I want to get some replacement parts also if anybody knows where to get starter for this engine that supposedly a 318 Chrysler I would really appreciate information but I would like to start at the vin and work my way from there thank you so much for any help

Should be a regular Mopar starter. take it to any auto parts store and they get you one. I always go to Advance Auto as it has lifetime warranty.

A tag this size should not be difficult to find. It may have been removed or rusted off the chassis.
