Friend of mine sent me this picture of an old chainsaw, makes me glad to be born in the modern age.
 
I remember vintage saws that used the handlebars as the bar oil resevoir, or the gas tank, and even one Homelite that had heated handles due to the exhaust being routed through the handlebars.
 
Jacob, I have seen a diesel powered Jonsereds that used the handle as tank for a blowtorch to heat the glow plug!
 
That saw was made in Comets factory, it replaced a saw that ran on Propen, And was called Comet.
