Wanted: Stihl 044

I have given it some more thought and I think that for alot of this timber I'm going to be clearing I am really going to need and 044. If you have one, please let me know. Send pics if you have them.

Bill, did yo see the 038 mag over in yor other thread? The 038 Mag is not to be confused with the regular 038. In fact, the 044 replaced the 038 Mag. The 038 M has more torque than does the 044, but it does weigh a bit more, so if weight is a concern, you might think about that. The other factor would be that parts are still readily available for the 044 (now the 440).
