Wedges Who Uses them and whats your technique

people try to copy the stihl wedges but whatevers in them metal wise no one has come close.

When the edges of a metal wedge start to mushroom over like in the photo, it is good idea to grind it off, otherwise a missblow with whatever your driving it with can send a piece of sharp metal back at you. I have a nice scar that runs up my forearm from just such a little episode. The metal was hot too, like shrapnel. I like the plastic wedges with the metal heads, they drive well.
