What A Former Mill Site Gets Used For

Packwood is too far off the beaten path to have the former mill site be developed. So, this is going on this weekend. They have had some concerts in it too. It also gets used for storing vehicles. I'm not sure what this is, but saw little sports cars with numbers on them pulling in off the highway.
