Now just gotta find out where in the real world you can make money with all this knowledge?
There are ways, but harder to sell than work with a saw, true. mOre fun and more rewards though, so worth the work. Congrats on your hard work and high score. Helps to identify the main disease, huh?

"Just had tree inspection level 6 the last 3 days."

Here in the states it's rare that govt institutes even a Level 1 inspection course. Minnesota's the only one I know of; most of the rest seem lightyears away.

Yea, its interesting, being a consultant arborist people expect you to to be a geologist, botanist, entomologist, physicist, report writer etc.

I hope in the real world you can make money from the knowledge and skills you learn with being qualified.

* You don't have to be ALL those, but you do have to knwo where to go for info that you don't have on hand (or in head)

* You can in the US but form what Ekka says, Australia is an unreal world. Treelopper indeed, that is systemic dysfunction.

New Zealand is somewhere in between.
Yea i agree thats why people specialize in those areas, to help you. Its just what people expect because they are paying you.
