Stihl will gladly send you the IPL's and owners manuals, you just have to contact them and ask. The service manuals tend to be a little more difficult, as some dealers don't want to order them for customers, but they are available quite easily too if you find a dealer who is willing to help you.

Good point Timber. I don't know why some won't order a man a repair manual but I know I will. I don't charge a extra penny over what I pay for them either. I consider doing that for a customer who wants to tackle his own saw as merely giving him a helping hand with it.
