Most of these replies only address the timber value. Removing mature trees could also affect the real estate for residential, vacation, and recreational property.

Our courts tend to address it for the timber value. I'm not familiar with the other aspects ever being addressed.
That would make sense in timber country. You need to speak with the Realtor's lawyers about infringement of property values.
