It is post frame. I had a buddy build it for me. He put it up for $1500 which was a really good deal. The materials for the whole shell was about $12,000 and I have about $2,000 in the concrete. I put another $15k into rock, wiring, heating, water, and insulation.

It is 24 x 48 x 14h w/ 12' door. I wish it was 48X60 and 16h with a 14' door so I can get my bucket truck inside when it gets cold.

Not even close to big enough 30x70 , all the trailers are outside and a couple more trucks. Only had all of this in there to deter the theives while we're not busy.

Go BIG if you can

nice shop....

You can never get it big enough...

I would love to be able to put my bucket and chipper inside during the winter.

When it gets really cold, i put the chipper inside and plug in the bucket but nothing is better than dry storage.

I would like to have a 3 bay drive-thru shop with a middle area for heated maintenance and then office and break room.

Todd...can you show a pic of the outside of the building? Is it all block?

My building is part of a row of warehouses, not a stand alone. They are all block though, nice big rollup door.

Now the new Todd has it going on:clap: One day....one day...

Kramer....you show off....lol

you are still my idol though...good to see your new digs

My question for Todd Kramer is......is it big enough? You know what they say, you will never build it big enough....is that true for you too?

The shop took about 2 years of planning and yes the shop area is too small. We will be adding another bay this winter.

Sweet....

Are you interested in starting a small secondary site in beautiful Southern Indiana? I have 9 acres for you to build...
