What Stihl is this

Hi. Can somebody id this stihl for me please? Believed to be around 20 years old. Many thanks.

What you have there is a Stihl 08/08s!.....A common saw produced in very high numbers and probably one of Stihl's longest running models and I think still available new in some parts of the world.

They rolled them out in 1965, probably a lot older than 20 years

If that had the chain brake it could be a late model possibly like the 80's. Can't say much more for you though past that.
This and a xxv poulan was my Introduction to chainsaws and probably got me on the stihl wagon.
