Gentlemen, for the longest time I have had trouble with my throttle hand sliding on the handle of my Huskys. I have a tape stop that I have put on them so that I can use a relaxed grip while sawing. I have been cutting in mechanics gloves and then using leather work glove to move the wood. Whats the fix? Am I using the wrong gloves? Does anyone else have this problem?

Shoe Goo,(or Goop). The stuff that comes in a tube to patch sneakers with. It leaves rubbery surface to hang on to. You can clean it off with spray carb cleaner. Run a small bead down the sides and flatten it out before it sets up. Don't get it into the throttle linkage.
Don't get too relaxed with your grip.
