TLC... it is a standard, oft used American slang. usually with a satire reference

for sale. car with broken engine, just needs some TLC
saw, busted piston: just needs TLC
or woman, online social site: Lonely, just needs some TLC....


or tree cutter after hard day's work: tired, beat... just need some TLC!
