where can i find a new ram for splitter

i have a 25 ton yardmachine splitter that has put in alot of good years, but now its time for a new hydraulic ram. i looked at the mtd websight and they have them for $200 more then what i payed for the splitter. dose anyone know of a place that would carry this type of hydraulic cylinder. thanks in advance

Which type of cylinder does your machine have? Rear mount or front mount.
The factory prices are unreal. Depending on cylinder mount generic cylinders will round about $200.

front mount.. yeah i might as well buy a new splitter with the parts prices from mtd.
