where to buy chipper knives?

Need to buy a set of knives for 12" whisper chipper, who is cheap, but good to deal with? Also, do you think that the ones that I have now can be sharpened and taken back to the correct angle? Right now they are at 52 degrees, and Iam pretty sure that they are supposed to be at 40- atleast this explains why the durn thing wont chip.

original blades are 3" wide and should be discarded at 2 3/8" per the manual.
