Sorcerer -- er, I mean, Mr. Woozel, nice job -- REALLY nice job! But if you'll allow me -- 100% certain? I mean, really, I know you all are good, but 100% certainty? I have to agree with Butch and put a reasonable percentage on it when working residential. There's no way you can compare the relative safety when taking that tree whole as opposed to chunking it.
I like to look at risky jobs statistically, like Butch does. If, say, you assign at 95% confidence level to every job, and if you alalyze it mathematically, it only takes 12 jobs at a 95% confidence level to have a 50/50 chance to have one of those jobs fail -- perhaps catastrophically. For you full-timers, that's only a matter of a few weeks at that rate.
