Whisper chipper

Does anyone know What brand of clutch is in a asplundh whisper chipper? I figure the auto parts store probably carries them if one knew what to ask for.

depends on the year . the late model one use a direct drive system but the older ones are a clutch , I'd check with borg-warner , why don't you just call Altec ?

THe clutch Pressure Plate is available for 75.00 from your local auto parts store.
9" clutch with a 1-3/8" 10 Splines.
