Who has has an jonsered 930????

I had one,traded it for some skidder tire chains. 87 cc strong runner.The main
differances between 920 and 930 involved improvements to the air filter,filter
cover and av system to improve reliability.Great saw,a little porky but far
superior anti vib to Husky 281 /288 which were popular at the time.

Is the crankcase assemble the same on the 830 and 930? I have a friend that has a 830 crankcase and a good 930 top end, and would like to know if they will work together before I buy.

They will interchange, everything you mention above will work then you will have a 930 instead of an 830 they both have the same carb HS 219C. Jump all over it if "THE PRICE IS RIGHT".

I am also looking for parts for a 930, coil set, plastic cover, and the chain break assembly. also a left half housing if any one has one lying around.
