Windsor...is it ant good?

Here in the uk Windsor are trying to get in on the scene with there protective equipment and bars, I think they are an american company, do you fellas rate their equipment, it seems abit cheaper in price than stihl / husqy stuff.

If you are talking about Windsor chains and bars, then they are made in Windsor Canada, in the same plant as the Oregon stuff. It is basically rebadged oregon products.

Husky bars and chains are made by oregon...so it is the same stuff. You are just paying for the name.

I use windsor bars and chain imo they make a good product,I guess you got a flyer from 'Southpower' ...............

Like Fstang said its all about the same....myself i like windsor and probably have at least 5 windsor speed tip bars, and they have served well.

Not made in Windsor Canada! Not an Oregon re-name either. All my bars except one are Windsor speed tip bars/with Windsor chain. You can tell the difference right away. Windsor chain isn't bad either, I find that it will last longer than most others. I don't own a Sthil chain saw,(I'm a Husky fan) but I think they make the best chain on the market! Windsor bar & chain...money well spent IMO. HC
