Lots of vibration w/ milling. I used to check all the screws and bolts before and after. Now I just use my woodmizer. :)

I hear ya. I rode old Milwaukee vibrators for years and tightening nuts and bolts was like a religious ritual you didn't dare ignore.

On chainsaws I never really noticed it being a problem -- until now.

Before I got this saw somebody had taken the muffler off and broke free the original factory torqued fasteners which did not help matters. A couple threads in one hole were broken out too, but I had the screws all lock-tighted back in and had checked them not too long ago.

Now I'll know to check them much more frequently....
