Anyone out there have a old 1970’s chuck n duck chipper blower they don’t need. I picked up a WC-12 by woodchuck and I am changing the drum bearings. I’ve replaced the bed frame and I am tuning up the chute as well. It didn’t come with a blower and from what I heard you don’t really need one. I’d like to see what it runs like with the blower on it. If anyone has an old chick n duck chipper that is no longer working I’d like to buy the blower. If anyone has questions about old woodchuck chippers feel free to ask as I’ve been into this one as far as one could go. There isn’t much info out there on how to change these bearings in old chippers.

ztug, I have many questions as a new old Wood/chuck owner. Just a general question for now though, when everything is adjusted properly, what should the chips look like? Should all chips be small, maybe less than 4-5in? I get a quite a few 1-2ft shreds and some 1/2-1in branch pieces come out. Thanks.
