Looks like a chainsaw to me?

I think one of the pics showed it was a Montgomery Wards with numbers on it. What more do you want to know? Jeez........ it's all righ there for ya!!!

Sell it on ebay... You will be underwhelmed even if you do get it to run "well".. The term "anti-vibration" just does not apply here.
