I figured I better get a date posted up so you all can plan on coming. Shouldn't be any mud this year. There will still probably by snow on the ground.
I was thinking that we may do some falling out in the barrens if anyone is interested in trying to show off what they learned in Game of Logging.
Everyone is welcome to come and have some fun!

On the calendar.......

The wife just had major surgery last week and she is scheduled to be off of work for four weeks, so at this time I can't promise anything.

This should give me enough time to hopefully get the David Bradley running by then..... Mark needs a little competition for them yellow saws.....:rotfl:

Hope to see you all there.

It will be at my place about 7 miles south of Grantsburg WI. People usually start showing up at daybreak and I try to kick them out around midnight! If you need I can send a link to a map.

Boy I sure hope this works for me, I have a lot of untested saws that need their first outing in front of a group ready to pounce...

I'll bring the SP118/Dolmar 166 and see if Wendell can manage to keep it switched on.

Mark

Look forward to seeing all those old saws again! Ill be there

I wouldnt mind but hey can we invite Denny to the GTG since we always come to his events!

Can't promise anything, but I will try to make it with the saws. Would love to cut some trees down with my Pro Mac 850 for the guys that seized up their plastic Poulans... :D

Talked to Barb (Denny's wife) today. She said they are OUT OF DRY WOOD!!! Denny delivered over 170 loads of wood and their dry wood supply is exhausted. Everything we cut last fall is still too green and will go for next season. She did not think they would have any loads of logs delivered before March 13th but they still have all the trees on their property to be harvested. She was very thankful for all we did for them for this winter's wood but with the added demand this year they will need alot more wood for next season. Time to round up the AS troops for another charity cut!
